در این برنامه، به مقایسه تئوریک مشروعه و مشروطه به عنوان دو نظریه سیاسی اداره کشور خواهیم پرداخت و سیر تحولات تاریخی مدرنیته در ایران را مرور خواهیم کرد. مشروعه به عنوان یک سیستم دولتی که حقوق مردم را پایمال میکند تا یک قشر سنتی از مزایای زندگی بهتر برخوردار شوند را مقایسه میکنیم با سیستم مشروطه و دولتی که مردم دولت را انتخاب میکنند، بر آن خق نظارت دارند، حق دارند دولت را عوض کنند و حق تعیین سرنوشت و زندگی شخصی خود را دارند.
